Why is my JetDrive Go still not recognized by the iPhone/iPad after I ran Online Recovery on it?

If you had ever "reset" your iPhone/iPad after updating it to iOS11.0.x or iOS11.1.x, the resetting will cause the iPhone/iPad to NOT recognize all lightning accessories, including the JetDrive Go.
Updating your iOS to v11.2 or later will solve this issue.
