Why is my RDA2 Card Reader not recognized by my iPhone/iPad?

If you had ever "reset" your iPhone/iPad after updating it to iOS11.0.x or iOS11.1.x, the resetting will lead to the iPhone/iPad NOT recognizing all lightning accessories, including Transcend's RDA2 Card Reader.

To solve this issue, please first update your iOS to v11.2 or later, plug in the RDA2, and then press "Allow" before entering the App.
