Please check the following:
1. If TS-PNU3 is properly inserted to ExpressCard/34 of your laptop.
2. If you use the packaged USB cable to connect TS-PNU3 and your laptop.
3. If you have installed the latest TS-PNU3 driver v220.127.116.11.Please confirm with the manufacturers if your laptop supports ExpressCard/34 devices (TS-PNU3 is an ExpressCard/34 device).
If driver v18.104.22.168 still cannot solve your problem, you may want to ask the retailer or distributor of your external device for firmware update.
