What should I do if I cannot open, delete or read files in my StoreJet?

If your StoreJet has the following issues, we suggest you using anti-virus software to clean your disks.

1. StoreJet is in “My Computer,” but you can’t open it.

2. The number of your files in the StoreJet become double or more, but you can’t delete them.

3. Files occupy the StoreJet capacity, but you can’t see or read these files.
