This has to do with the design mechanism of the computer / notebook. HUB5C has is equipped with the PD fast charging function, some computers / notebooks do not support PD fast charging.
That being said, if HUB5C is connected to such computers / laptops, HUB5C may not be detected even if the PD fast charging function is not in use.
