If your Apple ID, password and verification code are all entered correctly, but the "verification code error" message pop-up when logging in to iCloud; you may try to log in to the web version of iCloud first and agree to the privacy policy (as shown in the picture below). And then resume to the Elite App and log in to iCloud again.
